Bring on the blue.

Well we are having another little boy!  We couldn't be more excited!  I am excited for Brax to have a little brother. He is such a rough little boy, so he will have someone to be rough with and play sports.   I had a feeling it was going to be a little boy.  Everyone just about had me convinced towards the last couple weeks it was going to be a little girl.  I wasn't surprised when they said Boy! Everyone including Kyler thought it was  girl, maybe because this pregnancy has been so different and I was so sick.  It just comes to show all pregnancies are different. He is healthy and everything looks great so we are so grateful!
In the first trimester I lost so much weight from being so sick and not having an appetite.  The second trimester has been great and I am so hungry all the time! I am usually not a person that eats sweets all the time and now I can't get enough.
We are so excited for more blue!

B Boy

Brax is getting so big!
I wanted to write some things down to remember.  (I am making this blog into a book)
He loves to sing songs and dance.  He can sing Old McDonald had a farm, Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Monkeys Swinging in the Tree
He can talk in full sentences now and says way to many words to write.
Its so fun we can have a conversation and he can tell me what he wants.
He has such a sweet little personality but can definitely be a stinker.
He is a rough little boy and likes to be a bully sometimes.
He is such a good eater.
He loves to play bball and football, loves to throw and catch balls.
He gets so excited when dad gets home
He is a big helper
He loves to watch curious george and clifford
He loves to play Donkey Kong on the nintendo 64.  I know he is only 2 but he is quite good!
He has a huge imagination and I enjoy watching/hearing him play.
He gives the best kisses and hugs
He still takes 3-4 hour naps.
We are trying to transfer him into a big boy bed. He does pretty well for the most part.
He can count. 1-3 and then 6-11 I don't know why he skips a bunch of numbers.
He loves to read books.
He loves to be outside and if it wasn't so cold would be outside all day
He is such a boy and we love it that way!

Uncle CoCo

Colton has almost been at the MTC a month. It was pretty hard saying goodbye but we are so proud of him and he is doing great!  These were pictures are from when he got set apart!  We love receiving letters and love sending letters and packages.  We know he is going to make such a great missionary!

Christmas...catch up

In December we got some free tickets to go to the North Pole Experience in Greer.  My mother in law, sister in law, Kyler, Braxten, and I all went.  I have been to the North Pole Express in Flagstaff and this was way better!  They take you to Santa's workshop and you get to make toys with the elfs and give you a cookie and snowman soup.  You get to see Santa and go to Elf school.  It's so much fun!  Inside everything is decorated so amazing, they spent alot of time in the decorating.  It was incredible!! Words can't even describe how neat it is! Brax was tired because we went at 8:30 at night and so he was a little bit of a grouch but we still managed to have a good time! Brax walked and got right up on Santa's lap and wasn't afraid at all.  I was really surprised.  After, they take you back on the trolly to where you started, Mrs. Claus reads to all the kids. If you have not yet gone you need to!  So worth it! It was a great start to our December!
We went and cut our own Christmas tree again like we do every year. We had alot of fun decorating it and B broke alot of the ornaments and balls.
Kyler enjoyed decorating our house like always and worked all night Thanksgiving night.  So we could have them up after thanksgiving.  He looks forward to it every year! They looked great!
We spent Christmas with my family this year.  We sure had a good Christmas and can't believe its already gone.

Baby #2

In September we found out that I was pregnant!
We waited a while to tell everyone since the last time we had a mc.
I am now almost 16 weeks.
I have been so so sick.
This pregnancy has been way different then with Brax.
I wasn't too sick with him and with this one it's been a whole different story.
I finally actually have energy to do things.
I am finally starting to feel better.
We find out on February 9th what we are having!
I've heard the heartbeat and have had 1 ultrasound and the baby is healthy!
This pregnancy has gone by way too fast.
We are very excited we are going to have another little one the first of July!
