Mission Call

Colton got his endowments a few weeks ago and Kyler got to be his escort.  He got called to serve in the Resistencia Argentina Mission.  He leaves February 1st.  We are so proud of him!

We have been doing alot of this...

We have been wood hauling for the past couple months.  We have gone and got alot of wood for ourselves, helped Kyler's grandparents, did a service load, and have sold a few loads.  It has been alot of work but worth it. We have gotten a pretty good system and have gotten pretty good at it.  Kyler cuts and splits and I load and stack the truck. Who knew I would ever be living up in the mountains hauling wood? It has really been a fun activity for our little family.  Braxten gets dirty from head to toe but sure loves being outside. It has been so pretty up in the mountains since the fire, everything is so green (besides the black trees). That sounds silly I know but its true.

Braxten is my big little helper...He has to do everything I am doing.  Of course for dinner when I was making mini pizzas he had to help so I let him make his own. 

Camping is all about...

What our camping trip consisted of....dirt, mud, rain, yummy food, toys, getting really dirty, wagon rides, smores, cobblers, card games, shooting, kayaking, four wheelers, good company, staying up late, talking around the campfire, more dirt, more mud, a leaky trailer, a tire blowout, and lots of fun!!
We spent last weekend camping and it was a blast!  We didn't want to come home. Braxten had a little buddy to hang out with the whole time.  They were so cute playing together, and played together really good.  {Chaundra I hope you don't mind that I stole your picture...thanks!}
We had such a fun time camping, it was the first time we used our trailer since we got it so we were pretty excited.  Other then a little bit of leaking it was perfect!  On our way back we had a tire blowout but other then that everything was fun and we can't wait until next year!

Kyler's brother Colton was ordained an elder a couple weeks ago.  He has his mission papers turned in and should be getting a call anytime.  We sure are proud of him! 

Stuck

The other day I hear Brax yelling..."Mom peeeeeez {please} help, I stuck peeeeez!" I went into our tv room and this is what I found....a stuck little boy.  It was sad but too cute, so of course I had to run to get my phone for a picture.
